The fees listed below are a general base rate.
Notarial Fees Will Differ Based on Document Type or Instruments Being Notarised or Certified.
No Extra Charge For Mobile Notary Services as all Services are Rendered Mobilely Throughout Grand Cayman and Remote for Cayman Brac & Little Cayman if needed.
Minimum Charge For A Single Item Is $35.00 KYD for a Government Form or Depending On Similar Document Type. Normal standard Per Notary/Seal/Stamp is $25.00 KYD for regular document, verification, attestation, sweat-to or oath.
Fees Are Not Based On Per Sheet, Or Per Stamped Document. Fees Are Consolidated Into One Reasonable Amount.

General Notarizations

Administering an oath.

Verification (under seal) of auctioneer’s or agent’s signature to accounts.

Declaration before a notary public with a certificate (under seal).

Certificate (under seal) attached to a power of attorney.

Identification of an interpreter.

Any notarial copy of a document. One half of the fee charged for the original.

Certificate (under seal) attached to any notarial copy of a document.
